Aaron D. Miller, CMI, CRI, RCI

Aaron Miller has been in the residential construction profession since 1975. As a home builder he is intimately familiar with the industry and the processes involved in the building and renovation of residential buildings.

Aaron is certified by the International Code Council as a Combination Residential Inspector which includes the designations of Residential Building Inspector, Residential Electrical Inspector, Residential Mechanical Inspector, and Residential Plumbing Inspector. He is further certified by the Post-Tensioning Institute as a Level One Unbonded Prestressed Post-Tensioned Concrete Installer. Aaron is additionally certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors, the National Association of Home Inspectors, and the Master Inspector Certification Board.

Aaron is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Real Estate Property Inspector No. 4336, the Texas Department of Agriculture's Structural Pest Control Service No. 11379/40247, and is registered by the Texas Residential Construction Commission as a Builder and Third-Party Inspector. Mr. Miller also serves on the City of Garland, Texas Building and Fire Codes Board.
